After starting his career as an Underwriter for a National Insurance Company, Mike decided to go out on his own and founded the Agency in 1975. He guided the business through hard and soft markets. Mike has handed the reigns over to his son, Bill, who serves as the corporate President. Mike splits his time with the Agency and serves as a Permanent Deacon in the Diocese of Rockford.
Bill has spent his career in the Agency where he has worn many hats and has gained vast knowledge and experience in the Insurance Industry. As Corporate President, Bill provides the Agency with Guidance and Leadership. Bill also manages the sales team at Sullivan & Associates.
