William Sullivan
Agency President: Bill has spent his career in the Agency where he has worn many hats and has gained vast knowledge and experience in the Insurance Industry. As Corporate President, Bill provides the Agency with Guidance and Leadership. Bill also manages the sales team at Sullivan & Associates.
Sebastian Miklowicz
Producer, Transportation Risks: Sebastian started with the agency in 2002 but has been in the trucking industry since 1998. His specialty lies in Commercial Trucking Insurance. He has experience in both sides of the trucking industry not only on the insurance side but he also worked for a local transportation company where he started as a dispatcher. He worked his way up to a safety manager and soon became a freight broker which lead him to begin his career as an insurance producer. His experience with both sides of the trucking industry makes him the successful producer that he is. Sebastian graduated from Loyola University with a Bachelor of Science; he majored in Psychology with a minor in History and Theology. He is fluent in speaking, reading and writing in Polish.
Paul Miller
Producer, Employee Benefits, Life, Health, Long Term Care: Paul earned a B.A. from the University of Illinois at Chicago and entered the workforce as a public servant for the City of Elgin. He began his insurance career in 1980 and holds the professional designations of Chartered Life Underwriter, Chartered Financial Consultant and most recently Chartered Benefits Consultant. Paul has been working with the Agency for more that 23 years helping clients face the challenge of providing employee benefits, business continuation planning and the assortment or related issues our clients face.

Kim Lundgren
Customer Relations, Office Administration: Kim started with the agency in 1987 working in the Personal Lines Department. After several years of assisting clients with their personal insurance needs, she decided to take time to raise her children. It has been over 5 years that Kim has been back at Sullivan & Associates, where she started back as the receptionist. She now enjoys working closely with Bill and helping with the administrative tasks to help insure the success of the agency.
Diana Brill
Accounting: Diana has been with Sullivan & Associates since 2000, originally working with the Commercial Lines accounts. After several years of working closely with our commercial clients she transferred to the Accounting department. She enjoys working with the the insurance companies we represent and assisting customers with their questions and concerns.
Joan Nasiopulos
Commercial Account Manager: Joan has many years in the insurance field and enjoys being a part of her client's team. She began her career working for insurance companies; starting in premium audit, rating and underwriting. Wanting more of a challenge and dealing with clients, she moved to the agency side starting with accounting and into commercial lines. Joan gives our clients the personal touch which is a big part of being successful with our insureds.
Donna Whalen
Customer Service Representative: Donna began her insurance career working for various Insurance Companies as an underwriting assistant. After several years working on the company side, she made a move to the agency side working with small commercial accounts along with handling surety and fidelity bonds for the agency. She then took a seven year hiatus to be a stay at home mom while maintaining her insurance producer's license through continuing education courses. She joined Sullivan & Associates in the Commercial Lines Department as a Customer Service Representative.
Tony Langfeld
Producer, Commercial Risks: Tony has come to Sullivan & Associates after several years of working with many small to mid-size businesses as a General Manager of a Chicagoland PEO (Professional Employer Organization). He has gained a vast amount of knowledge in the human resource and insurance areas. He is always looking for ways to incorporate that into creative solutions for our clients needs. Tony is a detail-oriented proactive person who is also very passionate about customer service, which fits perfectly with our agencies culture.
Greg Mattingly
Producer, Commercial Risks: Greg started with Sullivan & Associates in 2011. He had spent the past 12 years in the professional lines arena working on the agency side. His expertise lies in E&O, D&O & EPLI. Prior to that he worked with several insurance companies in the claims and marketing fields. He earned his Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) designation in 1995.
Christine Pickard
Personal Lines Account Manager, Human Resources Manager: Chris started her insurance career with General Casualty Insurance Company; working her way up from Receptionist to the Marketing Department. In 1985, she made the move to the agency side of the business working with clients on their personal insurance. In 2005, Chris joined Sullivan & Associates and continues to enjoy working with our insured's providing them with the information needed to make sound decisions on their insurance needs.
Katie Sloan
Personal Lines Customer Service: Katie joined Sullivan & Associates in 2010 as our new receptionist. After a short period of time she obtained her Property and Casualty license and transferred over to the Personal Lines Department where she is a valuable assistant to the Account Manager. Katie also spends part of her time assisting our Bookkeeper as well. Katie continues her education through classroom and online training.
Peggy Greener
Account Manager: Peggy brings a lifetime of customer service experience to our agency. She has a BFA from Northern Illinois University. She started in the banking industry and moved over to supporting the Life underwriters as a broker liaison at Protective Life Insurance. She has been supporting the Health and Life business at Sullivan & Associates for several years.
Cherie Fagan
Customer Service Representative: Cherie is a Customer Service Representative here at Sullivan & Associates. She is a valued addition and joins the agency with a long history of customer service experience. She is an assistant to Peggy in the Employee Benefits division and also assists wherever she is needed in the Commercial Property and Casualty division. In addition to these rolls, she works with Milena at the reception desk, working the switchboard and issuing certificates.
Crystal Martinez
Transportation Account Manager: Crystal started with the agency in 2006. She currently works in the Commercial Trucking Department. Starting as a customer service representative, she has advanced her career and is now the manager of that department. She has gained alot of her experience hands on and by attending many continuing education courses. She enjoys working closely with the producers, the underwriters and her clients to provide the most competitive quotes and excellent customer service.
Holly Kurtz
Customer Service Representative: Holly has been with the agency since March 2010 working closely with our Commercial Trucking accounts. In addition to providing certificates of insurance and processing vehicle and driver change requests, Holly is also responsible for reporting customer claims as they occur. Holly received her Illinois producer's license in April 2010 and continues her insurance education through both classroom seminars and online training.
Tracy McGill
Customer Service Representative: Tracy has 23 years experience in the insurance industry. She started as a Senior Audit Clerk at an insurance company, a Customer Service Representative/Billing Specialist at an insurance agency, and a Senior Administrator at a consulting firm in the Quality Assurance Department for life and health insurance. Tracy joined Sullivan & Associates in 2009 working in the Commercial Trucking Department. She continues to learn something new everyday.
Milena Pozzi
Receptionist: Milena is the latest member of the Sullivan & Associates team. She is the friendly voice you will hear when calling our agency. She will be happy to either assist you or direct your call to the appropriate team member that can assist you with your needs. She is also the person you can depend on to issue commercial trucking certificates as promptly as possible.
